About Robin

Robin Hoke is a collaborator with TOPPI bringing experience in training & development, process improvement, and program development. Robin is passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed efficiently by using the right tools to get there.

We recently brought Robin onboard due to her interest in helping us expand our market share abroad, in particularly in the US Market. Her interest in helping us enhance our continuos improvement software PRESTO with manufacturing-based business know how from her rich experiences in the field convinced us of the win-win synergies and we gladly accepted her proposal to join us and have since named her our US-based point of contact.

Upon joining us Robin stated "PRESTO coupled with education are a wonderful platform to easily visualize the current state of each process in an organisation. I am thrilled to share this with others! Process improvement is critical to improve the success of an organization to be competitive in our global economy."

Her passion and focus is technical skill development in manufacturing to help businesses succeed. She brings higher education and industry experience in workforce and economic development.

She currently serves as Instructional Designer in a Fortune 500 organization. Prior to this she worked at a technical college serving in a consultative role to local businesses identifying workforce and training solutions from the factory floor to the board room. Prior to this, she served as the director of a USAID funded educational program implementing workforce solutions at a school in Oujda Morocco. This included the introduction of new technologies such as Rapid Prototyping and Product Development in the BMENA region, and programming to shift paradigms in entrepreneurial capacity at the school.

She served as Program Director for workforce programming with local businesses and workforce development agencies to develop educational programming for entry-level semi-skilled trade primarily for manufacturing for students to gain employment in career tracts toward family-sustaining incomes. Robin is also certified in Supervisory Management/Leadership in the Wisconsin Technical College Systems.
