He brings in extensive experience in managing complex Lean and Six sigma DMAIC (problem solving ) or DFSS projects ( New Product / Process development) life cycle through all phases in both medium and large projects and programs. Santosh is an experienced Consultant in change management and Quality improvement project trainer / coach / guide / mentor.
Lead organizational change and process improvement projects within Organizations in the Asia Pacific region with companies like Cadbury’s India, Volex, Godrej Hersheys, Godrej Saralee, GCPL, Nokia, Panasonic, Mindtree, Ministry of Health UAE, Aggrekko, Fujairah Cements, Itan Jewels, and Al Navoodah group.
